Now I'm on the upgrade to IE 8 page; any tips as to how to get it to
actually download? Apologies for my tech uselessness and yes, I have
clicked the download link; doing sweet FA it is, so far :o)

Hi Amie, you havent said what windows or i.e. you are using. If it's win xp
then the highest i.e. you can use is i.e.8 and that is fine with jaws 7 so
its ok with j10. If you are using windows 7 then i.e.9 is fine. As to
twitter etc. I can't help.
