Hi amie,

Just had a look at bandcamp. Jaws 14, windows 7 and I E 10. It looks alright
with that setup.

If you run into probs with I E 8, as long as it lets you in, download a demo
of jaws 14 and see.

Tom

Subject: [jaws-uk] IE versions...and twitter again

HI list
I'm still clinging on to an old version of Internet Explorer, fearing to
upgrade in case later versions are worse for JAWS access. I'm also still
using JAWS 10 at the moment.

Now I'm at a crunch point; needing to download from the bandcamp website and
meeting a flat refusal unless I upgrade my browser.

How are you all getting on with the current IE? Is anyone specifically
using bandcamp and can give me clues as to its general accessibility? I
have to use it for work and am always nervous of new web environments.

Thanks for any help.

...Also, while I'm here, how is everyone getting on with twitter without
easychurp? Easychirp has been down for ages now; I'm getting to the
realisation that I'll have to go with one of the other work-arounds as,
again, I must tweet for work. Can anyone please advise me on what to do in
the absence of easychirp? Even better, does anyone have info regarding its
return to life?

I don't need any huge functionality; just to tweet, retweet, reply to tweets
and maintain my contacts list.

Double thanks for any help.

Amie
