Please help me with step by step guide in adding my hotmail account to
outlook express so that I can downlode my hotmail messages via outlook
express instead of have to use hotmail web sight to do so.

Hotmail is a web based e-mail service. It is possible to get this to
provide your messages in Outlook Express rather than go to the hotmail
site.
