It sounds like you have Outlook Express set to *Group messages by
conversation*. I think this means that all the messages with the same title
go into one message, making it easier to sort large numbers of messages. If
you want to change this, drop down the view menu, and in the sub-menu of
Current view check Show all messages.

Hi all,
I do not know if this is a Jaws problem, but can any body tell me why when
some messages arrive in my in-box for Outlook Express to the left of the
message appears a small box containing a plus sign. If I press my right
arrow key the plus changes to a minus and more messages appear on the
screen.
Also, at the moment when I send an e-mail, although it goes alright it does
not appear in my sent box. I don't know if the two things are connected.
