Not sure about the first part, but there's an option in OE where you send
messages, but they're not kept in the Sent items folder. If I remember
correctly, you can change this in the tools menu. I think it's in options.
I can't remember which part, but there's a tab which says something like
automatically save copies of sent messages in the sent items folder. I
think it's a check box that needs to be ticked.

Hi all,
I do not know if this is a Jaws problem, but can any body tell me why when
some messages arrive in my in-box for Outlook Express to the left of the
message appears a small box containing a plus sign. If I press my right
arrow key the plus changes to a minus and more messages appear on the
screen.
Also, at the moment when I send an e-mail, although it goes alright it does
not appear in my sent box. I don't know if the two things are connected.
