I have never heard or seen anything good come of google toolbars. Internet Explorer and Firefox come with popup blockers and search facilities too, so they are surplus to requirements. My advice is remove them. During any install processes, make sure to tab and arrow around and untick any unneeded boxes. Hope this helps, Erica. I had a similar thing when downloading Real Player but didn't get the toolbar. Doubt that it's truly a compatibility issue with Jaws, just the window being blocked.
