Hi, do not think George will mind my Posting, however it is the reason I tried another route through the NCC National Consumer Council and hence that rather large PDF far too big for the list Sharon has been able to read it due to Tiddy's ministrations However could I have zipped it? Dear Mrs Ingram

The part about manufacturers not being covered by the DDA is in part iii, in the Goods, Facilities & Services sections.

I hope this now answers your question but if you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards

Sharon Hoyland
