thank you that is very interesting, so there is a paid up version for writing PDF I think I have that according to a local 1 man business called The Guru, who sent me a bill in PDF and when he came to fix the Wireless Router again, said I could make a PDF myself ,he said it was proper business practice however I think on that big website I was bound to find myself in a place with a shopping carte I am having no problem with the latest Version of Adobe but some on the list have been finding the latest version hard to use. Thank you again. Dorothy ----- Original Message ----- From: "Adrian Higginbotham" <adrian.higginbotham@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

Sounds like you are mixing up your adobe products.
The Adobe Flash player plug-in is free and is used by websites to deliver multimedia content.
Adobe Reader is the free application used to read PDF files.
Reader used to be, and is still sometimes called acrobat reader
Adobe acrobat is the pay for application used to create pdf files.
Adobe photoshop is a completely different kettle of fish and is the pay for application used to edit and manage photos.

Hi Dorothy,

I find it hard to pick apart all the different questions you're asking here. But as for the flash player/plugin - it's free. If you're looking at a page where it says you have to pay for it please send us the address of that page.

Hi, I found the Website Ok, but I do have Adobe version 8 and a bit
for PDF files, the Website seems to indicate Flash has to be bought,
is that so? It also says something about some bugs may be experienced

did once seem to have Flash a while ago but not any more perhaps the
Update to version 8 lost it. I also some good while ago declined
Adobe Photo Shop, I have in my Epson 3490 a sort of Photo suite
which is enough. so can you advise on this?
How do I get it Free if possible
