Wonder how you would do that on a laptop?
Thanks
A

HI
I typed in www.asda.com and then did jaws insert and f7 to bring up links,
then did S for shop grocery online and then again jaws insert f7 to bring up
links and did S until it found the sign link and the cursor was in the enter
email box and did tab to jump to password and that was it.

Hop this helps
Kind regards
Gary

Subject: [jaws-uk] Finding a sign in dialogue box

Hi,

I doubt if this is a JFW issue but any suggestions welcome. It relates to
going to www.asda.com and signing in to do an online home delivery shop.

My desktop pc is 32 bit, win 10, upgraded recently from Win 7, IE11, when
you click on `sign in' it opens a dialogue box and in you go with a username
and password. No problem.

If I fire up my HP laptop, Win 7, 64 bit, IE11, when you click on `sign in'
the dialogue box doesn't come up, but if you route jaws to pc and arrow
around, you can see the box in the background, but I cannot get to the log
in fields.

I've tinkered with screen resolution, compatibility view, Zoom in and out,
enabled java and all active X controls, in fact the laptop pretty much
mirrors the settings on the desktop pc.

JFW 17 by the way.

It's doing my head in! Any other ideas folks?

Cheers, Robin
