[jaws-uk] Expand and collapse.

Hi to you all. Can anyone please tell me what it means when Jaws announces that
an e-mail in my In box is either expanded or collapsed and what I should do
about it.
I also am getting unread e-mails in my Deleted Box that I have never seen
before. I have an idea that the two things are related.
What can I do to stop this please?
