I've just fired up the computer again after the deep defrag, and all I can say
is thank you. It seems to be running like a dream today. Woohoo!
Fingers crossed it'll stay like that. I've got the defrag software set to deep
optimise in the background. Nice one and thanks again

spyware found at www.superantispyware.com look for the free version as there is
also a proffessional version.
You may also want to try www.jfwlite.com/programmes

Could any of you recommend an easy to use free piece of clean up software?
I think my laptop is full of bugs and stuff. It's not running properly atall.
I've a feeling it's from downloading loads of things, so I just want to give it
a good clean up. Something I can totally use myself and free.
