Indeed Graham

This is a real problem especially given the numbers involved which are in the
hundreds of thousands. I suspect in these sizes of roll out and testing that
developers are looking for coincident factors to guide them. This is why the
public beta form is useful if as many people provides some basic level
documentation. Random or intermittent problems are notoriously difficult.

I do find times when we get stuff reported in we cannot reproduce it even if we
have all the same software etc. to hand. This problem poses a very great
difficulty in trying to resolve problems customers are having with software.

To re-iterate, please use the beta bug report form. In many cases the
developer and user priorities are in sync. It is unfortunately the case that
sometimes they cannot be due to issues of timescales or difficulty, one never
knows unless in the heart of the development process however those that are
missed out on one update can be rolled into the next one.

Regards.
