Hi Angela,
In addition to the other suggestions, it is worth trying a refresh screen
with Insert+Escape and then use Control+Home to get to the top of the email
again.
I've found that sometimes when I open an email and try to read it too
quickly with my arrow keys, it simply says blank or reads the text from a
message I was reading before. Using the above method usually fixes this
problem and the message can then be read normally.

Hi.
I'm currently having an issue with using the arrow keys in open messages.
Jaws doesn't read anything in an open message, other than "blank" when
pressing the backspace and enter keys.
The only way I'm able to read my emails is via the jaws cursor, but I then
have to go back to the pc cursor in order to reply etc.
Any help would be most welcome!
For information, I'm using jaws 12 and outlook.
