I don't use NTL but I use a program called MailMaint which is available as a
free and a paid for version. It is available from
http://www.magsys.co.uk/mailmaint/
I use this when messages get stuck on the Plus.net server and it should work
with most ISps.

Hi list, wonder if anyone happens to use NTLWorld with JAWS? I can't find
a way to access their webmail page - all Flash and adverts - but can't send you
there to help me without giving you my password. If anyone has an account with
them, how do you get to your list of messages on the server, when you need to
delete something that's blocking your EMail? Any help most gratefully received.
