  Amie,

I don't know if you've got this one solved but this might help if you've not
made any progress.

First go to the NTLWORLD website then do the following:

  1. Press Insert+F7 to get a list of the links on the page.
  2. Press the letter "S" until you get to "Sign In" and then press enter.
When I did it this morning it is the second top link on the list.
  3. When the page displays, press the letter "E" to get to the email and
password edit boxes. Fill in your details and tab to the appropriate button to
sign in.
  4. When the page loads, press Insert+F7 to get a links list.
  5. Press the letter "M" until you get to "Mail" and press enter. This
should redirect you to the webmail page.
  6. Navigate this page to find the "In Box" link and press enter. You should
now be on the correct page showing the first chunk of the emails. They are
displayed in pages of around 15-20 messages.
  7. The trick now is to note the last message that downloaded to your
Outlook/Outlook Express properly because it is quite likely that the problem
message is the one immediately above or below that message in the In Box.
  8. Locate the problem message and read it/delete it and sign out.
  9. Try again in Outlook/Outlook Express.

I hope this is what you were meaning.

  Regards,

  Jamie

Hi list, wonder if anyone happens to use NTLWorld with JAWS? I can't find a
way to access their webmail page - all Flash and adverts - but can't send you
there to help me without giving you my password. If anyone has an account with
them, how do you get to your list of messages on the server, when you need to
delete something that's blocking your EMail? Any help most gratefully received.
  Cheers
  Amie
