Ah, glad it is working now. I'm sorry that I don't have an answer to the
Firefox question. I just don't have Firefox on any of my computers.

Is the same folder, it is called registros. But now it's working fine in the
computer in which I was unable to store them yesterday. Strange!!!! The problem
with web pages persists, but only when using Fire Fox. Is this a known issue?

Thanks

Okay, thanks. And what are the names of the folders?

Hi Sue, in the computer where I can store the folder I am using Windows 7 64
version. On the computer where I cannot store the folder I am using W7 32 bit
version.

Thanks.

Hi Luis,

Let's take these difficulties one at a time.

1. On the computer on which you are successfully able to store a folder
shortcut, what is the operating system and what is the folder.
2. On the computer on which the folder shortcut fails, what is the operating
system and what is the folder?

Thanks.

Hi Sue,

A further clarification seems in order. I can store web pages as shortcuts if I
use Internet Explorer to load the page that I want to store. This is not
possible using Fire Fox, apparently. On my second computer I was able to store
a folder and to retrieve it.

Kind regards,
Luis

Hi Luis,

Can you tell us what happens when you try to store a shortcut to a folder or
web page? What about shortcuts to Word documents? Have you stored any of
those?

Hate to answer a question with three more questions. Smile. Just need a bit
more information.

Subject: [j-tools] j-tools is not storing my web pages and folder locations

Hi Brian and list,

I am using j-tools 4.2 with Jaws 12.0.1170. In one of the two computers where I
am using J-Tools I cannot store any web pages and folder locations. In my other
computer it works fine. What am I doing wrong?

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Luis
