Hello pranavI'm having a problem locating the command that might work for the "pause on/off " ke and assign it to the print screen key.
From the system tray I located the dragon menue, represented by the "TURN MICROPHONE OFF" title, then I went to tools, options, and first found BROWSE COMMANDS". I tried to use the "wake up command in desperation., which was announced as "wake up", value. Then I press the space bar , and then the print screen key. It did not seem to activate anything. Then I tried to go into the other options that could allow the original defaults, be changed and could not get past the first page. The manual said to press the tab key five times and then the Aero key to advance to the next page but I could not get it to work.
Have I been looking in the wrong area? I did a search for this on the Internet, and ended up on the dragon site.They had a blog conversation which seemed to suggest that the cleanest way to remap the key for use in the pause on/off, was to change the registry. There was also a reference to a small program that would assist in accomplishing this task. Called "sharp keys" which I might try using with some assistance, if it's not too complicated.
Some of the bloggers suggested problems switching the pause key because it is a three bit key, which is less common than a so called "2 bit" key.
This is all getting way beyond my technical bravery.I appreciate everyone's help, and I will report back if I am successful later this weekend.

Hi Ariane, The mapping will occur in dragon. You navigate to the options dialog, tab to the command you want to change, hit the spacebar on that command, press the print screen key and that should be that. As for the limited dexterity issue, have you considered using the sticky keys option in windows? See the accessibility options applet. Pranav
