Okay, this I will do. It is strange that only selective commands don't work. By the way, I've had a lot of fun with that "enough already," phrase. Folks really react to it.

We have Jaws 519, Dragon 9.5 and J-Say 6.01. Some of her commands do not work - Check Microphone only works if the pause button has been pressed and the microphone is on. She gets the sound when the mic is in the sleep mode but no sound when it is activated from the sleep mode. I have rerun the configuration wizard, have manually checked all the hot keys and have no idea where our problem may be.
