[iyonix-support] rtfree stack issue?

Hi Folks
Dave has brought to light a possible 'thing' in the internet stack that
may be causing the, so called, rtfree failure in the stack. This is
possibly the issue that Harriet and others have seen on dialup.
Can anyone suggest a practical way of provoking the issue without
resorting to doing lots of dialups on a dodgy phone line?
I have seen a possible silly in the internet stack in this area, but am
reluctant to do anything with it unless I can provoke the issue on demand.
All thoughts appreciated
