At present I've set up DPMS level 3 and 'unblank > on screen writes', with a blank delay of 30 sec., since when the > monitor has continued to display for over 20 minutes! Unset "Unblank on screen writes" by clicking on Default and Set otherwise the screen savers will not work when you press Try. I don't know why DPMS (black screen) doesn't work but you could try connecting the Iyonix video out directly to the monitor to eliminate the KVM switch. > Any suggestions? You are unlikely to wear it out - screen saving was important on the old CRT type monitors where the electron beam would burn the phosphor coating that occurred when a still image is displayed for hours on end.
