Then file names (and directory names) are not displayed correctly.

BTW: when will the UCS font manager be available to other RO users? AFAIK
there is no technical reason why this unicode aware font manager (and the
extra keyboard drivers) can't be made available for RO4 and Select (Adjust)
users.
