Improved USB and a few bug fixes.

I think 5.10 was the major NVidia update ROM, it also contained changes
for Geminus.

48 may already be on the machine.

You could add 48, 49 and 51 (50 isn't required). These would give updates
to !Printers modules, a few extra PDFs for Canon printers, !SCSIForm and
the ability to hide SCSI devices.
