Just to add few more points:
1.Dns64 load balancing
2.Support of IPv6 DSLite
3. Lawful Intercept ( right now no LI is defined for IPv6)
4. NetFlow


Initially Service providers must go with NAT44 stateful and along with this a 
planning has to be started to offer NAT64 and in the last Everything must go on 
IPv6.
