[isapros] ISA and website hosting

Are there any ISP techs in this list.
If so, how do you create publishing rules for your hosts....on IIS
I have a www.publishing rule, and I populate the public field tab with
the qdn's of the sites that we host, ie www.xxx.xxx, xxx.xxx and
*.xxx.xxx
This works fine for us, but is a little labour intensive when adding or
removing names form the list.
If we change, and use a dest set, has anyone noticed a drop in
performance of ISA?
We're talking about 500 sites per set.
