remote ftp web site access

Hello everyone,
I am testing ISA 2004 with two network cards (replacing ISA with one network
card) and everything works fine except one remote ftp site. I tried a couple of
the other ftp websites and they work fine but this one I can't get it to work.
It does work on another machine that doesn't go through this ISA. After a while
the message just pops up saying connection timed out.
I checked the logs and it only says "failed connection attempt" and that
"connection was closed".
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
