Check the WEB logs located in \Program Files\ Microsoft ISA Server\ISALogs
If anyone connected, it'll be logged there..

Q - what are the ISA outbound listener settings?
  The MMC doesn't report "real-time"; it's delayed

I have an isa server setup on my internal network purely for proxy
capabilities.

In my snap in i check the current sesssions and it says that there are no
sessions active.

Is this right? how do i check whether or not my web proxy is working
properly.

I should mention that my clients browsers are setup to use //isaserver port
80 in the proxy config

    Thanks in advance
