Make the particular user as part of the administrators group.It will
work then....

after installing isa server on windows2000 server on active directory
console when u assign user base access outlook still requires
authentication and it will not work on client side ...tell me the
solution to open outlook on clients site i also assign smtp and pop
portocol access to clients but it still not working ..
