..so what's the name? The default for the firewall and web proxy service DNS caches are 6hours, regardless of the actual DNS record TTL. Since yours fails after 5 hours, it should seem to indicate that the POP server "moves" within that time. If you provide the full name, I can tell you what the TTL is...
