need help

Hi all. plz help me i have a p4 server and we are running internet
cable.I allow everything for my users but i am unable to open the web2sms
service when my user try to send the message .the error message are down below.
(Dear User, This service is not accessible via your LAN, because of your
network setting which does not allow chat facility. Please contact your network
adminstrator for further assistance.) i am waiting for your
