Thats it .... Before which u have to select the users u wish to authenticate, by creating a protocl rule for HTTP requests and select last tab of this rule applies to .... Tab and select the users u wish to authenticate.... Note that Your ISA server should have trust with One of the Domain controllers in your network. Hope this clarifies.
