Greetings everyone I ran the BPA info tool couple of time and it comes back empty. Checked the event viewer and nothing abnormal shows up. But if I run the tool directly downloaded from Jim's site it works fine :-( Has anyone seen this error? ISA 2004 SP2 on 2003 SP1
