What you have to do is remove the smtp publishing rule and republish it selecting the localhost option, then you need to set up a connector on your exchange server to the isaserver smtp server. THey say you have to have three servers for message screening. Wel i only have isa and my mail server. So, i installed the smtp service. And configured smtp filter, all according to the documetn message screening. Now i can send mail but i can't receive it. ISA server gives this warning: Server publishing rule [Mail wizard rule - SMTP Server. Published IP: 150.3.0.1] that maps 192.168.0.6:25 TCP to 150.3.0.2:25 for protocol [SMTP Server] failed because the port on the external interface is being used by another application. The Firewall service failed to bind socket for the server on the firewall since another process is using the same port. Check for any other process using the same port and terminate if necessary. So is it possible to let the isa server also be the message screening server.
