dear omar
u can decrease the cache mem usage
from the server and array
server name
Cache configuration " right click it then goto properties"
in the advanced tab u will see in the last Percentage of free memory to use the
caching .. change is to the 5

I have installed isa server and webshield in same server, and i have
problems, the memory begin to grow and then stop the services and the serve
hang.
