WithOut Client Firewall

Hi Folks,
I Want to Configurate Outlook Express behind ISA Server to get e-mail from ISP.
Now is working properlly, but with Client Firewall enabled.
I Want to work without Client Firewall.
I have created a rule called "Outlook Express" with this protocols: dns query,
pop3 and smtp. I disabled client firewall and didn't work.
If I enable client firewall , it work.
Help-me Please,
