John,

Thanks very much for the reply. Just prior to reading it, I recompiled
the app with VS .Net 2003. After that, the error went away. I had
initially compiled the app under VS .Net 2002 and it was fine until I
installed VS .Net 2003. I run both versions on this workstation, which
is also used as the web server.

Mark

Hi Mark,

Are you running .NET developed software on this machine? If so, you
might
want to check the user account being used in com+ setup for this
paticualar application. I am stretching out here, but maybe a com object
is being called under an account that does not have wsproxy rights.

Sorry I'm not more help than that.

John
