It's just a thing I have that I like all servers to be the same version
whenever possible...  *grin*

 

R2 seems more like a Feature Pack instead of a whole new system, so I'd
expect it wouldn't make a difference.

If your ISA server is already 2003, then what's the point?? Remember
it's a firewall, so the R2 bits are not necessary.
