Windows 98 with ISA Server 2004

I have installed ISA server 2004 Enterprise edition.
With Windows XP i have no problems. Everthing works perfect.
I have installed a workstation with Windows 98 SE and this PC cannot go to
the internet through ISA 2004. With ISA client or whitout.
With Windows XP i can ping ISA 2004, Windows 98 SE can't.
I think i forgot something on the ISA 2004. But what ???
Can anybody help me?
