You may not be able to ping the ISA server. From memory only "remote
access computers" (forget the technical term) are able to ping the ISA
server in 2k4

Hi Jim,

On de Windows 98 SE, i ping the way i do on a Windows XP client.
Ping on host name gives me the ip-address of the ISA server, but no
answer.

On the Windows 98 SE client i can ping to any other client on the
internal network and a few servers on the internet. So i can through the
ISA server with ping.
