Web proxy problem

I am having a problem where I am getting *a lot* of pages coming up to a
page from domainmonger.com saying that this site is "parked". At first I
thought it was a problem with my ISP's DNS, but I have been able to confirm
that is not the case. What I am finding is that if I go through the web
proxy service (put proxy server info in web browser), I get this page. But,
if I remove the web proxy service (and instead rely on the firewall client,
which sends the request directly to the server in question), the correct
page comes up.
I suspected a bad cache, but I have rebooted the ISA Server, and I even
tried disabling the cache. Neither of these things worked. Any and all
help is greatly appreciated!
