Web Proxy service problem

Hi all,
My configuration is;
W2k Server, SP2 and with all patches installed
ISA 2000 with SP1
At least once a day, clients (all Secure NAT) complain ISA gives
time-out when accessing a web page.
Connecting, waiting for reply.... Then timeout.
All other services work just fine, no interrupt in internet connection.
But only web pages time out. I retstart all Isa services but that
doesn't work either. Restarting the server solves the problem.
Does anyone have an idea on what's wrong with that ISA?
