Have you recently DISABLED an "allow anyone" ie an allow anonymous access type rule? Or Have you ticked the "Ask unauthenticated users for identification" option on the Outgoing tab of the ISA Server properties page?. Both of these could cause your prob. Also keep in mind that Netscape is only capable of the BASIC type of authentication which ISA's default config does NOT use due to it sending pswds in clear text. Nigel
