Yeah, I found a couple of possible fixes, but I'll wait for tomorrow to try them. I'm doing VPN/RDP right now due to the two feet of heavy snow we got, and for some reason the mouse never seems to work right in Virtual PC via RDP. Combine this with the inability to use alt-tab, windows key, etc., and I find it extremely difficult to navigate through the server. So, I'll try those work-arounds tomorrow when I have control over the interface. ________________________________ From: Young, Gerald G [mailto:Gerald.Young@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, March 14, 2006 2:11 PM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] RE: Virtual Server Test Lab? http://www.ISAserver.org Dan, Have you tried googling those errors? At the end of the SP1 log, there is an error returned from the .Net framework, then a couple of errors from the C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\mofcomp.exe file. That is the point that the install dies... ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist ISA Server Newsletter: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/newsletter.asp ISA Server FAQ: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Visit TechGenix.com for more information about our other sites: http://www.techgenix.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: dball@xxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
