The windows client is set by default to end the connection if it cannot negotiate an encryption method. sounds like what may be happening. -----Original Message----- From: isalist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:isalist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Andrew English Sent: Wednesday, March 22, 2006 12:56 PM To: isalist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: VPN Issues Importance: High I am doing trial runs before implementing VPN. I have followed Tom's enable notes, I have browsed through google and figured out how to add the DHCP Relay. I can VPN to the box, it will ask me for my password if I put the incorrect password in it tells me the password is incorrect, if I put the correct password in it gives me TCP error 768 and tries to redial. The domain I am trying this on was originally setup as a .local network if it has any barring on the issue at hand? Regards, Andrew -- No virus found in this incoming message.
