Our situation is that the remote site already has a T-1 connection via the 
office complex (we rent a suite) and I would like to be able to have the hub / 
switch provide the means to connect directly to our ISA via RAS.

If you look through isaserver.org and MS ISA server pages, you will find 
somewhere other firewalls that are known to work with ISA on VPN. Hopefully, in 
a few months, I will publish a How-to on setting up a VPN between a SonicWall 
and ISA.
