VPN Connection (PPTP)

HI,
    I can connect to my ISA Server via VPN without any problems and i can ping 
my internal mail server (exchange) too without any problems. But, with my MAPI 
client (Outlook) i can't connect to the mail server. Appears the message that 
the "Excange Server is Unvailable"...How i can this works well???
