Isa 2004 Sp2
Windows 2003 SP1, latest\greates patches\updates
I keep getting errors about wspsrv.exe, and its making these cab files
in %systemroot%\PCHEALTH\ERRORREP\QSIGNOFF.

This causes the MS Firewall service to stop, and restart.

I dunno whats causing it.
