Hi Graham,

Remove that setting and configure site and content rules that apply to
user/groups and client address sets. Assign your handsets a client
address set and allow outbound access that way.

Subject: [isalist] Unauthenticated Users

All

We have implemented a new IP based telephone system and we have some IP
Web
Browser Handsets. However, the units are unable to browse the web if
the
box for Unauthenticated Users is enabled. Is there anyway round this as
I
am now unable to use the GFI Monitor as users not Authenticated on
outbound
requests.

Many thanks
