Trend and Norton???

Hi folks
I am running ISA with norton antivirus with OS.The ISA server is installed
with Webprotect for internet files to be scanned.Do i have any problem with
performance.
B'cos Webprotect captures the downloaded files to temp,some times Norton is
also scanning the files when its in Temp directory.
