Teledat dsl route/switch

hi , i have a question about the teledat dsl switch. is it possible to run the 
isa behind this switch ?

i have wanna have the following solution

dsl splitter
|
dsl switch
 |                 |
pc1/normal       pc2/Isa/iis
client


i wanna that the pc2 is always connected and the pc1 should go to the internet 
on demand
independent from pc2 

is this possible
