You don't "need" ISA in order to operate a VPN server. RRAS works just fine all by itself. If you don't have any other designs for ISA itself, remove it and use RRAS. ..however; since you have it installed...... You can provide access to your SBS-hosted sites by following the instructions located on isaserver.org for web publishing.
